PICTURE APPLICATIONS BENEFITS
CRIMPED WIRE
Suitable for light duty surface treatments such as scales and rust,
lightly deburring and deburring of tube edges.
High breaking point
Indicated for high speed rotation
Long life
Convenience cost/duration

TWISTED KNOT
More aggressive action than crimped wire, for heavy duty applications and welding treatment. Cleaning of weldings (ex. Tube welded on the edge) gears deburring, deburring of pipe edges, deburring of hard burrs.
BRASS PLATED
STEEL CORD ’LIZ’
(thin: from ø 0,17 to 0,20; thick: from ø 0,25 to 0,30)
The LIZ cord is set by specifically gathering a number of high quality
carbon steel wires, along with a brass coating surface treatment.
Very high breaking points and very good dimensional
stability.
STAINLESS STEEL
Especially suitable for treatments on s/steel, aluminium and non ferrous surfaces, it doesn't leave oxidizing residues on the workpiece.
On s/steel: Cleaning of weldings (ex: tanks), deburring of pipe edges.
On aluminium: cleaning of surfaces for pre-welding, cleaning of weldings, deburring of pipe edges.
Rust resistant
High temperature resistant
Does not leave oxidizing deposit
ABRASIVE NYLON
Smooth and regular action granted by the different grit without scratching or wearing the surface out.
On aluminium: deburring and uniformity of melting, removing of burrs caused by mechanical work, superficial finishing operation of casting (car alloy rim)
On steel: homogenization of surfaces to increase the hard resistance (ex. Cemented and tempered gears ) removing of oxide scales caused by thermic treatment (ex. coils of sheet before a treatment of painting or galvanization)
On cast iron: removing of burr and homogenization on meltings with following work of tool machines
On marble, granite, porcelained gres: structuring.
On wood: stucturing.
Elastic and flexible
Long life
Uniform abrasive action
BRASS
Suitable for treatment on brass surfaces, copper and applications that require no-sparkling.
No-sparkling
